December 2019

Dear Patient,

It is with mixed emotions that due to changing family needs I am leaving Allergy & Asthma Care of Indiana to pursue ventures in another field of medicine. The decision has not been made lightly, as I have enjoyed working here since August of 2010. As of December 19th I will no longer be seeing patients, but know that I leave you in the capable hands of Dr. Hubbard, MD, Joel Shouse, NP, and Ariana Reynolds, PA.  I know them all to be excellent and caring providers and my own family plans to continue to receive care here.  It has been an honor to have participated in your care, and I am grateful to have had the opportunity to meet some wonderful people throughout my years in practice. Best wishes for a healthy future.
