Garrick P. Hubbard, MD

Dr. Hubbard grew up 45 miles north of Indianapolis near Greentown. He graduated summa cum laude from the Ball State Honors College at Ball State Universtiy in 1995, completing a thesis in molecular biology. He earned his medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine in 1999. Dr. Hubbard spent the next four years completing his internal medicine residency at Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie, Indiana where he received an award for being the outstanding resident in his class. During the last year of his residency, he served as Chief Resident. The final two years of his training were spent in an adult and pediatric allergy and immunology fellowship at the Medical College of Wisconsin located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In addition to clinical and teaching responsibilities, he was the principal investigator in a study on the diagnosis of peanut allergy.

Dr. Hubbard is a diplomat of the American Board of Internal Medicine. In the fall of 2005, he became a diplomat of the American Board of Allergy and Immunology. He is a member of the Indiana State Medical Association, Indianapolis Medical Society, and the American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology.

Dr. Hubbard has appeared on Fox59 News, and was voted by his physician peers as a "Top Doctor" in the field of Allergy & Immunology.

Dr. Hubbard lives in Zionsville with his wife and three children. He is looking forward to caring for your allergy needs.

Jenny V. Casburn, NP-C

Though born in Indianapolis, Jenny spent much of her childhood in Monterey, California and Phoenix, Arizona. She returned to Indiana for undergraduate studies and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Anderson University in 2005. Following graduation, Jenny worked as an RN in the Emergency Departments at Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, DC and subsequently Swedish Medical Center in Denver, CO. Jenny’ s desire to further her education brought her back to Indianapolis, where she attended Indiana University to obtain her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner Degree. While in graduate school Jenny worked in the pediatric
primary care setting and as a research assistant at IUPUI.

Jenny is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner and is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, the Coalition of Advanced Practice Nurses of Indiana, and the American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology.

Jenny lives in Indianapolis with her husband and two children and looks forward to caring for your allergy needs. 

Meghan Carlstedt, PA-C

Meghan grew up in Lincoln, Nebraska.  She received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a major in pre-medicine and nutritional science in 2008. After graduation, Meghan moved to Chicago, where she worked at Northwestern University Hospital at the Esophageal Center assisting in clinical research.  She was involved with ongoing research there on Eosinophilic Esophagitis.  She subsequently obtained her Master of Science as a Physician Assistant at Indiana University the fall of 2015.  

She is board certified as a physician assistant and member of the American Academy of PAs.
She lives in Indianapolis with her husband and two young children and looks forward to caring for your allergy and asthma needs.
